Assistant Manager - Chigwell - up to £23,000 The Client A fantastic opportunity to join Europe’s leading sporting goods retailer in their specialist field. With over 100 stores across the UK and they are still growing. They are now looking for an Assistant Manager to join their store in Chigwell. The Role You will help manage the day-to-day running of the store as well as ensuring a high level of Customer Service is maintained and delivered as well as driving and monitoring KPI's. You will train and develop the team and offer coaching/ guidance where needed. Supporting the Store Manager in: Driving growth of both sales and KPI performance in the store. Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards throughout the store ensuring effective use of space and stock availability Developing, reviewing and appraising your team based on key performance indicators and performance managing poor performers Ensuring integrity of the brand is maintained through correct behaviours and uniform standards of the team Training and inducting your team to deliver excellent customer service The Candidate The ideal candidate would demonstrate Passion, Respect and Integrity.
