Part-time Investigative Interviewer

Job Summary: We support the retail and catering sector by investigating till misrepresentation and fraud for a number of high street brands. Our team secures all required evidence in order to approach the staff member and question them on our findings. We are looking for an experienced/ trained Interviewer to travel to store’s across the UK and question staff members based on a prepared Investigation Pack. The candidate will require a qualification in Investigative Interviewing or experience of holding similar Investigative Interviews. Travel is also essential we support companies across the country and therefore candidates must poses their own form of transport. Travel costs will be covered by the company. Investigative Interviewer Responsibilities and Duties include: •Investigation briefing with one of our team. •Travelling to site to conduct the interview. •Recording the interview in the form of written minutes. •Ensuring interviews are carried out in compliance with HR policies. •Liaising with customers to establish course of action. Skills and Experience: Essential: •Qualification/ experience of Investigative Interviews. •A focused individual who can prepare points to prove. •Confidence/ Tenacity. •Organisational skills. •Candidate must poses their own transport. Employers Note: As the position requires a significant amount of travel; the applicant must have the means and flexibility to travel using their own transport. Applicants must hold a UK driving licence.
