Lettings Negotiator

M4 Recruitment are currently looking for a Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join our clients existing team. This role will include all aspects of Sales and Lettings negotiation including, building relationships by meeting and liaising with potential sellers, buyers, landlord and tenants. You will be pro-active in self-promotion and marketing and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will preferably be experienced within lettings or sales and will be hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. The role: Working with both sales, and lettings properties in a fast pace office. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and letting properties within the business You will be helping to drive the sales and lettings team forward and progressing sales to completion. The role will be highly varied including negotiating, dealing with offers, attending viewings Liaising with tenants, landlords & vendors Preparing and updating window adverts Assisting with marketing, lead generation and business development · Diary Management · General Administrative Duties Candidates will be: Demonstrable and dynamic sales skills Used to working to and exceeding targets. Have excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with landlords and vendors. Our clients are seeking someone who is professional and organised A positive , outgoing deposition Self-motivated and target-driven An excellent listener and a good, well-spoken communicator Knowledge or experience of the lettings or property market would be advantageous but not essential Honest, reliable and hardworking Hold a clean UK driving license Working hours: Monday to Friday between 8:15am to 6:30pm Every other Saturday 8:45am to 5pm Salary: DOE - £17,500 to £19,500 per annum commission M4 Recruitment is an employment business and operates as an equal opportunities employer.
