Recruitment is a very rewarding and satisfying job, it is made up of many different elements and a successful consultant requires many different skills: Using marketing, business and competitor leads to develop existing company contacts. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure future business. Reviewing applications, managing interviews, considering candidates and shortlists. Selling using a retained methodology. Identifying and evaluating the recruitment needs of clients. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates. Providing creative solutions to employers’ recruitment issues. Assisting with the negotiation of terms of engagement and fees with the client. Documenting clients' details and vacancy requirements. The successful applicant will: Be of graduate calibre. Possess excellent recruitment skills and be able to communicate at all levels.
