Interim Store Manager - Leeds- Premium Brand - up to £29,000. Either Temp or FTC. We are proud to be supporting a fast paced, well known brand who are requiring a strong Store Manager to take control and lead the team. The brand is looking for an enthusiastic and motivational individual to lead their Leeds store. As the store manager you will set the scene, leading the store’s culture and a creating a visually exciting store, for their customers. This store is incredibly high profile, in need of driven retail ambassador committed to impacting results and dedicated to the brand’s customer experience ethos. Ideally you will come from a fast paced high street retailer, leading from the front KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Driving all store KPIs, engaging your team, to deliver exceptional results, with the customer at the heart of your decision making. A key priority will always be team training and development, with a focus for succession planning and recruiting the best talent. Successfully implementing commercial decisions, tailored to your market and customer profile. Manage consistency -with all processes across the store, to include maintenance of stock packages, replenishment and stock-loss. Effectively managing loss prevention and ensuring a safe environment for our teams and customers through health and safety management. Be the go to leader, for customer experience regularly taking the spot-light on the shop-floor, leading by example and making your customers day. You will Inspire individual performance, as well as bigger picture. Create visual excitement, in- line with commercial decisions for your market and customer profile. Naturally a confident and highly motivated leader with natural warmth in your approach to both customers and your team.
