Product Trainer Harrow Up to £30k The Job Role Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a forward-thinking company, in a close-knit team, in a busy, fast-paced role? Are you able to retain the vast knowledge required to train within the software industry? If so, then we have the role for you Role Duties Conduct training on software and technical installation. Train new members of staff on all company and third-party products Train the sales team on the products they will be selling Provide training to customers when required Create and roll out training exercises, presentations, documents and role plays Accompany sales staff on customer and client visits to demonstrate products Maintain staff training records Assist with the completion of tenders Build and maintain relationships with suppliers Attend exhibitions and conferences Assist the marketing team with the writing of product descriptions and brochures Update product manuals and training documents as products are developed Key Skills At least 2 years’ of experience training people on software products. Experience of IT and networking would be beneficial Strong written and verbal communication skills Initiative and desire to constantly improve Confidence to speak to clients and to present to an audience Able to prioritise a workload and work off of own initiative Benefits Competitive salary (depending on experience).
