Its been a slow but steady growth phase and BMA have built a great reputation with many of our happy clients across the above 3 sectors we work in. The Recruitment manager is also desired to help set up a temp/contracts desk as BMA are having to turn away business as we are currently 100% perm recruitment only. The successful recruitment manager will ensure the current team is hitting targets and help with self development and growing the team as well as being a very senior member of the business. Must have managed and grown a team in his/her experience and have good knowledge of profit and lose accounts. A passion for business development is essential as you will also be given monthly quarterly and yearly targets. Personal spec for Recruitment Manager Daring confident person needed who is not afraid to take risks and must have managed a small team and capable of growing a team. Mange full 360 recruitment cycle 7 years minimum recruitment experience desired not essential Must be energetic and hungry for success Proven sales acumen Confident and clear communicator Comfortable working and managing a small team Able to manage time and deadline Use initiative and think outside the box Persuasive, persistent and patient I.T. literate Able to cope well under pressure Flexible and adaptable with a mature personality Excellent organisational and administrative skills Committed to professionalism.
