Overview
Retention's Account Manager (£18k plus commission) Your new role Reporting to the Retention's Team Leader, you will build strong relationships with their existing customers and understand their ongoing needs, you'll strive to deliver excellent customer service and you'll enjoy learning more about your client base. This is a telephone-based role like no other as you'll learn, develop, and grow with your team, enabling you to anticipate your customer's needs before they arise. Key responsibilities: Build strong, lasting client relationships and develop new business leads. Maintain a customer portfolio ensuring product use is maximised at all times. Oversee the handover of new customers into your customer portfolio Review and set weekly prices for your customer base. Deal with regular pricing and charge queries. Keep up to date with new/enhanced products that become available. Develop solutions that benefit the business and the expectations of our customers Work towards individual and group sales targets in a vibrant, fun and friendly office.
