Overview

I am recruiting for a fantastic company based in London for a AHP recruitment consultant. They are a well known company that set up in 2004 in the healthcare industry. This role is for a 360 recruiter working on temporary roles for the company. The Role of Recruitment Consultant involves every aspect of the recruitment process of which includes the following: Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies; Visiting clients to build and develop relationships Resourcing - via the database, referrals, headhunting, adverts, social media Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates working with our compliance team to ensure full compliance of candidates to framework standards Working towards and exceeding targets For this role we need someone with experience in AHP, Pharmacy, or speech recruiting or therapies experience. They salary is flexible depending on the candidate This company is very close to London Waterloo station.
