Time Zero Ltd is honoured to be working with a great independent dealer group on their search for a Car Sales Executive . Great pay plan £15,000 basic and Achievable £53k OTE some of the team are earning way beyond this, relaxed business casual dress code Other incentives and bonuses on offer What are the hours? 45 Hour week over Monday-Saturday day off in the week Sundays’ on a rota What’s it like? You will be joining a team of 9 Car Sales Executives selling new, used electric and hybrid cars working for an iconic German brand in a relaxed showroom environment. Your sole focus will be selling cars and add on products , you will have access to great support to achieve this as they have a product genius’s on hand to assist with test drives and handovers. You will have the assistance of two business managers to close deals as well as used car manager with loads of stock and friendly deal focused GSM. They have plenty of leads to go at with an abundance of new product on the horizon . Training and Development? Yes plenty, first-class manufacturer training provided as well as dealer training from day one to ensure you get to grips with systems. They like to promote from within so great place to be if you’re looking to progress your career . Why is there space for me? The space you are taking is from an established team member who is leaving to try something new. You will inherit a well-managed database of customers to go at. They also run a great finance retention plan so you will be fed warm leads from the business managers. What do you need to be considered? You need to be a hungry, passionate, driven, motivated, sales executive with car sales experience with a full driving licence. You must be able to deliver awesome customer service too.
