Overview
15ten15 are recruiting for a driven and ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join the team and play a key part of the businesses next phase of development. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The role is a key sales leadership role in which you will be the figurehead in the development of new business for the group. Reporting directly and working closely with the Founder/CEO on a rather crazy plan in which we believe we will become the leading resourcing and candidate management business in the UK (To begin with) You will create new opportunities on a daily basis and then with the highest level of energy, belief and desire convert those opportunities into long term relationships and deals across the UK. Develop new business opportunities on the phone and online sources You will be responsible for selling the product or service to other businesses using your grounded knowledge of cold calling and other contact techniques. Outbound calling to prospective and existing clients to bring in revenue for yourself and the company. Manage and control your own KPIs and targets, ensuring these are met and exceeded. Contact sales leads we provide to you. Relationship building with people at varying levels of seniority Working within a multi-channel environment e.g. telephone, email, face to face THE IDEAL CANDIDATE So You will need to show some background in sales, new business development within the B to B sector. You will need to show that you have created new markets in any sector and taken your clients on the journey with you. A fair basic salary and from 2020 a company monthly bonus scheme. After 12 months the business will also support any extra (within reason) personal development training you wish to embark upon.
