Sales Negotiator - Job Overview As a Sales Negotiator your duties will include; Responding to client communication in a professional and timely manner Generate and book valuation appointments Attending viewing appointments Negotiate and agree sales Registering and updating applicants details Keeping our vendors fully updated General office duties Ideally you will have a customer service and sales background, but what’s more important is finding someone with the right character. If you are passionate about working with people and motivated by money then this is the role for you Sales Negotiator - Skills & Experience Required No previous Estate Agency experience is required Previous office based sales or customer service experience is however beneficial Confident and professional telephone manner Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Desire to learn and develop within a company Resilient, positive and friendly personality It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle Sales Negotiator – Benefits Offered £18,000 - £22,000 Commission 25 days holiday bank holidays Full-time, permanent position Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm Thank you for your application.
