Overview
Redex Recruitment are currently working with a newly established estate agency who require a Branch Manager to join them This is a fantastic position for someone who wants to help grow and develop a new business Our client is ideally looking for someone who has previously worked as a Branch Manager however, a Senior Sales Negotiator will also be considered for this position The role of the Branch Manager will include; Valuing properties Listing properties online Conducting viewings Phoning applicants Handling weekly, monthly, quarterly figures Growing the business including adding additional negotiators Sales Progression Our client is offering a very competitive basic salary commission structure dependant on your experience Working hours will be 8:30am-5:30pm Please contact Verity for further details or apply via the link with an updated CV to review.
