Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Leeds. Base £20,000 uncapped commission. First year earnings £30,000. Second year earning £50,000. Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant salary: 1st year: £20k commission (OTE £30k) 2nd year £30k commission (OTE £50k) 3rd year: £40k commission (OTE £85k) The Role: You'll join the team as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant whereby you will be offered full and extensive training so that you can start making money as soon as possible You will learn to manage your own client portfolio as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant and your tasks will include business development, interviewing and screening, headhunting and negotiating within a business environment.
