Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Leeds. Base £20,000. Including commission, first year earnings £30,000. Second year earning £50,000. Vine Graduate are working with a well-established IT & Digital recruitment company, proud to be Yorkshire based. They are after real grafters through the day and someone up for the social scene after a week's work. Based just a 10-minute walk from Leeds train station, they have prime location next to the bars and restaurants. They are looking for ambitious and confident graduates to join their Digital Marketing team. This means finding the candidates for the senior consultants. Therefore, you have no dealings with clients until you are fully trained in the market and comfortable to take on the full 360. You are still eligible for commission. Role starts at 180 role, progressing to 360 within 9 months Candidate resourcing; job boards, adverts, headhunting Pre-screening candidates Booking suitable candidates in with senior team Getting to know your market Hit your targets to be promoted to recruitment consultant Ideal Candidate: Degree educated, 2:2 and above, any subject Sales experience Ambitious Money motivated Resilient Strong work ethic Ability to negotiate and be persuasive Fun, work hard play hard attitude Due to the huge volume of applications for this graduate scheme, a phone interview will not be guaranteed for all applications.
