They operate across the industrial, commercial and technical sectors and have developed an excellent client base over the course of the last 25 years. They are looking for an ambitious individual who wishes to work as part of a successful team. The vacancy is for a professional, career-focused Senior Consultant with strong sales and service skills, to head up the driving recruitment division within their Sheffield branch. The role involves: • Running a highly successful desk whilst undertaking a mentoring role. • Assisting with the development of junior team members. • Leading by example. • Identifying clients and developing business relationships. • Ensuring customer requirements are met timely and efficiently. • Networking. • Attracting new candidates in order to fulfil client requirements. • Development of relationships with candidates and clients alike. • Negotiation of terms and managing proposals. • Interviewing candidates in order to ascertain their requirements. The Successful candidate: • Will have a minimum of 24 months recruitment experience. • Is a natural leader with a flair for developing others. • Is looking to develop into a Branch Manager within 12 months. • Can demonstrate a friendly and personable approach. • Possesses strong time management skills • Has the ability to listen carefully to client and candidate requirements. • Will be tenacious, determined, proactive, focused, driven, enthusiastic and motivated. • Must enjoy the challenge and diversity of a busy role.
