Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for dynamic, professional and outgoing individual to work in one of this leading Estate Agents busiest Lettings departments. Vacancies also exist in Braintree Witham due to a massive expansion and continued success. The ideal candidate should have at least 18 months’ experience at the 'sharp end’ of the business and ideally live within a 30-minute drive of the office. You will be required to work a five day week which will need to include Saturdays. You will either need your own car or you may qualify for a company car depending on level of Lettings experience. commission and bonuses. Realistic OTE £23,000 - £30,000 p/a depending on ability to produce and your industry experience but the sky is really the limit here.
