Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Manchester. Base £18,000 - £22,000. Including commission, first year earnings £30,000 - £35,000. Second year earning £50,000. Our award-winning client is looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their Manchester city centre office. They have offices worldwide, with plans to open more. They specialise in recruiting for the IT and Finance division across a range of roles and levels. What's on offer? Basic salary £18k-22k (dependant on experience) First year earnings £25k-35k Generous commission scheme On-site training induction programme Monthly lunch club Team incentive driven trips and days; Skiing, Vegas, Spa Days Central office location, near all top bars and restaurants A fast paced, exciting office environment Opportunity to work overseas The role: You will be carrying out a 360 sales role, where you are working from the start to the end of the recruitment process. From sourcing the candidates to networking and building relationships with current and new clients. Resource candidates over the phone, job boards, database, social media Identify candidates who are fitting to your needs through phone screening and interviewing Create growth through business development with clients Write and advertise jobs to attract candidates Cold calling Market research to find opportunities Ideal candidate? Degree educated Money motivated Organised Target driven Excels in high pressured environments Proactive Due to the huge volume of applications for this graduate scheme, a phone interview will not be guaranteed for all applications.
