Trainee recruitment role - UK’s leading recruitment opportunity Location: Manchester, Bristol, Reading, Leeds, London and Birmingham Requirements for role: Graduate (or equivalent) from a top 20 University, strong sales or commercial experience, sporty & strong communicational skills. Package: Up to £24k basic, uncapped commission earned immediately 1st YR OTE £50k. 2nd YR OTE £80k. THE CLIENT: Due to unprecedented growth my client is expanding and is looking for bright graduates to join and eventually head up new departments. My client supply the majority of the FTSE100 and 250 investment banks and are taking on more clients daily. As well as possessing an established database of clients, this company has an impeccable reputation and is a market leader. THE REWARDS: Hard work is rewarded in this company and the type of rewards you can expect are: Car incentives - if you hot your targets you will be rewarded with mini coopers, audi A4s, boxters etc If you continually hit targets after a few years with the company you can expect to receive huge rewards such as 2 week holidays to Dubai, Miami etc Their record pay cheque to date is 69k (in one month) Monthly lunch clubs (Michelin starred restaurants) are a good monthly incentive and those who continually excel in sales and are 'high flyers’ are rewarded even more handsomely with all expenses paid trips to Milan, Paris, Rome etc THE JOB: You will start as a researcher, learning on the job and actively building your own desk, searching for candidates that match your client’s needs.
