Overview You will provide a candidate search solution and administrative support to Recruitment Consultants and line managers. You will be responsible for searching, screening and communicating with candidates and assessing suitability for live job vacancies. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, tracking and refreshing all job adverts. You will also create, track and follow up all candidate marketing campaigns. Duties Sourcing CV’s via various job boards, social media platforms and internal databases. Post job adverts on existing job boards and all social media sites. Monitor and track quality of CV’s from various sources. Screening candidates and assessing suitability for current/live vacancies. Communication with applicants, clients and colleagues ensuring written follow up where required. Planning and delivering marketing and new business activities. Review and refresh all adverts. General administration duties. Follow GDPR (data protection) procedures and processes. Ensure both Vacancy and Candidate checklists are completed. Identify and log sales leads and new opportunities Communicate and manage sales leads information with colleagues and Sales Consultants. Monitor progress of sales lead and progress opportunities with your line manager.
