Estate Agent Negotiator (Property Investment) - Wolverhampton £18k - £20k plus incentives Something a little different within Property Sales This role would suit an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator who is looking for something outside the usual residential sales role. My client is an established Lettings Agent who also have a very lucrative Property Investment department. They deal with investors throughout the UK who purchase properties through them. The role will involve dealing with all incoming app enquiries where investors will put a reserve on a property for sale, booking the viewing between the vendor and investor, taking offers, instructing solicitors and monitoring of the sale through to exchange and completion. The person they are looking for will have Estate Agency experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, be confident dealing with investors and solicitors, be able to work on their own initiative, have a strong sales ethic and be able to deal with all enquiries swiftly. This is a great opportunity to get involved with the investment side of property sales and training will be given and career progression is encouraged. The role is working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and offers a salary of £18k - £20k with incentives. They offer 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and a shut down over Christmas.
