We provide you with the key skill to become a successful recruiter in a timely manner. My client very much believes in hiring character and training skill. When you start you will also take part in the company induction programme and commence your training as a junior recruitment consultant. This will be followed by one to one mentoring with follow-on training and coaching. You will have formal reviews at 3, 6 and 12 months. The Role of a Recruitment Consultant Ultimately, the successful individual will initially be focusing on candidate acquisition/resourcing identifying and qualifying hiring opportunities and then sourcing appropriate candidates to place into these positions. Progression into a consultant will be freely encouraged. Basic salary £18-20k plus uncapped commission (30K OTE in 1st Year) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
