Overview

My client, a technology company who are fast growing, and one of the leaders in the safety arena are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive in Cardiff The role and responsibilities: To act as the first point of contact for in-bound sales enquiries, providing quotes and processing orders. To act as underlying support for the Business Development Manager, account managing existing business, developing new business and re-engaging lapsed accounts. To conduct fact finding activity to re-engage low spending and non-spending accounts. To produce a monthly progress report, outlining personal successes, challenges, and identifying any areas of support needed in order to meet team and company targets. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships with existing customers. To keep customers informed regarding the progress of their orders, liaising with suppliers and the warehouse team when necessary. To keep up to date with tier one and tier two suppliers. Must Haves: Customer service experience. Account management experience. Experience of using SAP Business One or any CRM system. Good communication skills, verbal and written. What’s on offer: A great basic salary of £22,000.00 - £25,000.000 per annum Commission on your sales Company Bonus if company target is hit
