EAC are currently representing a fantastic new job opportunity providing an office-based solution in Watton, Norfolk. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive. You will play an integral part of the business and growth plans and in return receive excellent support and development as your career progresses as a successful Inside Sales Executive. The Role: Sales Executive On Offer for the successful Sales Executive: Salary £19'000 - £22,000 basic (DOE) - £31K - £35k realistic OTE Excellent progression opportunities within their Watton office Bonus Scheme On-site parking The Sales Executive is responsible for the overall performance of selling to the SME market, in territories within the UK. Duties: Introducing new clients Developing and managing relationships Assist in the development of the business plans for the region Identifying new Clients within their region Provide updates to UK Sales Manager and above Develop and obtain corporate agreement to short term sales plans Consistently meeting and/or exceeding personal new business target/budget Maximising each sale and providing strategic solutions Promote a positive and professional sales attitude in the region and ensure adherence to high standards The ideal Sales Executive: Self-motivated and results driven Demonstrates leadership that guides and inspires Acts with courage and has demonstrated strong change leadership skills.
