Overview
Property Manager - Shirley - up to £26k This is a fabulous opportunity to join this very well established and highly respected independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up a truly impressive business in the area. Market leaders, they provide a range of property services for lettings, sales, commercial and property management. They are now looking for an additional Property Manager to join this busy team. The candidate will need to have experience in Lettings / Property Management and will be required to do property visits therefore driving is required. A thorough understanding of the Lettings Cycle and all linked legislation and compliance is essential. Main Duties include: ·Handle day to day tenant and landlord relations .Handling new tenancy agreements and renewals ·Dealing with maintenance issues and liaising with contractors ·Arranging and conducting property inspections ·End of tenancy checkouts and deposit management ·Negotiating tenancy renewals Key Skills ·An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants ·Strong Organisational Skills ·Current Property Management Experience. ·First Class Customer service skills ·Full UK Licence and Car .Team Player Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Saturdays - one a month Sundays - Flexibility to cover the very occasional Sunday. (day off in lieu given for any Saturday or Sunday worked)
