Overview
Coast Specialist Recruitment have just celebrated (quietly) our 14 years in Specialist Recruitment. We have just decided to significantly grow the team within our own offices at Coast House, along the London road in Hadleigh. We have seen a healthy improvement in the lending and FS markets at the start of the year and are ready to invest in new, fresh recruitment sales professionals, resourcers and perhaps a Graduate Trainee. If you have already decided that a career in recruitment is for you, I don't need to copy and paste one of the hundred job descriptions you've probably already seen on the job boards. It's not rocket science, but it is about the telephone Simply put, we need people who is interested in a career in recruitment sales ( regularly on the telephone and fairly regularly meeting clients face to face) . if you truly feel you have the qualities and skills to build long term relationships and recruit industry professionals for highly respectable clients, I am keen to speak with you. The position comes with a decent basic salary and a very good bonus/commission structure. We have a flexible approach to hours, but it is certainly a full time position.
