Overview

Are you an experienced Specification Sales Consultant with knowledge of the flooring or construction industry? If your answer is yes, then Altro may have the opportunity you have been waiting for… We are currently recruiting for a Specification Sales Consultant to join our friendly Sales team in based in the South of the UK . The role will involve developing relationships with the key architects practices, interior designers and end users on the territory. The main purpose of the role is to gain Altro product specifications by calling on these customers. The role includes the following postcodes PE,NR,IP,CO,CB,CM,SS. As a Specification Sales Consultant , your main responsibilities will include: To develop effective partnership with designated accounts and customers. Construct annually, and agree an individual business plan. To plan for effective coverage of customer base in relation to existing and potential clients. To maintain and grow an effective customer / client database. To make effective use of our Customer Contact strategy and update Pivotal on a daily basis. To pro-actively communicate with colleagues and with the Customer Care Centre to clearly demonstrate effective teamwork. To participate in promotional activities. To attend and take an active part in meetings, training days, seminars, exhibitions etc. as required by your Manager. To identify potential new products within the segment and pro-actively communicate it to your manager. Who are Altro?
