The Role A role has opened for a Retail Store Manager in their store in North London Driving growth of both sales and KPI performance in the store. Developing, reviewing and appraising your team based on key performance indicators and performance managing poor performers Ensuring integrity of the brand is maintained through correct behaviours and uniform standards of the team Training and inducting your team to deliver excellent customer service The Candidate will have: The ability to promote the Charity’s values Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach and communicate effectively Amazing Customer Service Great organisation skills Commercial awareness Positive attitude and great energy Basic Salary is £21,075 with a £3,500 London allowance
