Recruitment Consultant - Legal Our client is a specialist provider of permanent and flexible recruitment solutions to the Professional Services market place. With a stable team and a fantastic industry reputation, they take an enviable position within the regional market place. This is a Recruitment Consultancy and business development based role which requires; high levels of client & candidate contact, selling to new clients and developing existing business, candidate attraction & networking, response management, interviewing and managing your own sales pipeline. All supported by excellent time management ability. Previous Experience: • Permanent recruitment experience • Preferably in the Legal recruitment market place • Full understanding of the recruitment life cycle • Preferably with experience in selling and delivering recruitment campaigns • Excellent Communication skills and ability to negotiate Benefits: • Competitive Basic Salary to £30,000 - in line with your experience • Uncapped Bonus Scheme taking your earnings to £50k in year 1 • Training & development and regular appraisals All applications are handled in a confidential manner.
