Overview

Internal Sales Executive Manchester £20k Basic OTE £30-£35k (Uncapped) 9am - 5pm hours of work Our client are a well established provider of niche safety products, products which can be used within a variety of settings to protect people / protect vulnerable groups of people from harm. They are now looking to expand their presence within new markets and make the most of their existing business relationships. Based on the phone your task will be to identify potential new clients and gain access to relevant decision makers through proactive outbound calling. Other duties include: Conducting research within your market to become a specialist within your field and liasing with both prospective and current clients. Once clients have been secured you will be responsible for maintaining those accounts through proactive account management and excellent levels of customer service. Resolving queries, providing further product information, pricing, processing orders and more. Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments, ensuring that the stocks are available for promotions and expected delivery schedules that have been agreed. Produce weekly and monthly sales activity reports. Provide aftercare to customers to ensure happy with products and service and request feedback where possible to support the positive brand image. An ideal role for those who enjoy phone based selling and want to be a key member of a small tight knit team (as opposed to a large sales floor). Requirements: Due to the immediate demands of this role all applicants must have proven outbound b2b telesales experience, telemarketing experience or new business experience. We’re also looking for the someone with the right attitude and hard working, you will be self motivated and driven, capable of generating results without being micro-managed by KPIs. You will be someone who always wants to do well and contribute to team success as well as meeting and exceeding your own personal targets.
