Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. Based at our Plymouth branch, our Sales Advisor is responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base by selling our products whilst delivering excellent customer service to encourage repeat business. We offer regular monthly incentives to our Sales Advisors to drive sales of our core products so an opportunity to earn more as well Reporting into the branch manager, you will deal with inquiries for products and services, as well as looking to target new business. You will also have responsibility for providing accurate quotes, order management and resolution of queries day to day, whilst continually looking for opportunities with current and new clients to offer more products and services. You will also not be bound to the desk We encourage all our Sales Advisors to visit clients to expand their knowledge of the clients and our business. We are looking for someone who thrives on working to strict deadlines and managing multiple tasks whilst building and maintaining quality relationships with team members and key customer contacts. We are looking for someone with the capability and potential to build great relationships with customers in order to sell across our product base, ideally from an MRO, engineering or technical background but this isnt essential You may have been in a contact centre or internal internal sales or customer service role. You will be someone who strives to meet and exceed sales and customer service targets. A driving license is also ideal for this role to enable visits to customers. What's in it for you?
