Internal Sales Manager - Automotive £30,000 Bonus The Company Our client is a leading UK Vehicle Rental Provider. The reason for the vacancies is purely because of growth. They supply B2B vehicle rental, software and management services across the UK. The role we are recruiting for is an Internal Sales Manager which is a hybrid role, involving managing a high performing sales team, growing existing accounts and also taking on new accounts. The Role As an internal Sales Manager you will be responsible for: Management and development of a small but high performing sales team Hybrid role taking on new accounts whilst also developing existing Optimisation of client relationships to ensure consistent results Weekly reporting of Account Management figures Proactively maximising client retention and opportunities for growth Conducting regular 1-2-1s and ensuring training/development plans are in place Supporting with ad-hoc admin and technical queries The Candidate You MUST be experienced in managing a team including performance and development management with 3 years working in a high growth fast-paced business You will have account management experience in a B2B environment ideally in the Rental or Automotive sector You MUST have the ability to present high-level information to stakeholders You MUST have great commercial acumen whilst being able to handle vast amounts of information You will be calm under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workload You will be forward-thinking, proactive and fast learning You will be process driven and organised to consistently meet and exceed targets You will be able to communicate well at all levels and a good relationship builder You MUST have experience managing contracts with excellent negotiation skills You will have experience with tenders and client renewals On offer to the successful candidate is an attractive basic salary and benefits, giving you the ability to work with a growing, technology-led business where the progression opportunities are huge.
