They have a large reputable partner network, which includes Rightmove and many other estate agents, solicitors and IFA’s in the UK and overseas. They assist customers in the process of finding them their dream home, matching them with the appropriate contact as well as referring clients with FX requirements to their sister company. JOB DESCRIPTION This is a telephone based B2C role where you will be calling people who have downloaded one of the free business guides and you’ll walk them through the buying process. You will be calling people who have opted in, to find out more about the service, so this is a warm sales role, where clients are expecting your call. Not only will you support clients in achieving their lifelong dream of buying a property abroad, but also provide valuable leads to the businesses trusted partners. You will also have the opportunity to attend bespoke property exhibitions and events around the UK, where you will be able meet and network with potential customers and partners face to face. This is great experience to upsell and represent the brand. Once in the role, you will be given a lot of autonomy and trusted to manage your country leads to meet your individual and team targets. You will be encouraged to bring new ideas to the marketing team and senior management on how to best develop your country of expertise further. You may be selected to travel abroad to work closely with their network of Partners WHO FITS THE BILL You are articulate, confident and able to engage with customers and build rapport. Comfortable on the phone and target driven. You are able to listen effectively and can put feedback received into practice. You are hardworking and motivated to succeed. You work well in a team and enjoy some healthy competition. You are organised with high attention to detail. You are resilient and able bounce back when faced with a challenge or objection. You are keen to develop a career in Sales. The candidate who secures this job will receive the following: £23.000 quarterly paid annual bonus of % of salary dependant on team and individual performance.
