Junior Letting Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, one of London's largest independent Estate Agencies with 17 offices based in London and 5 offices based overseas. We are recruiting a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join their well established office in Kew Bridge with earnings of £35k - £40k per annum. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a Lettings role for an estate agency and be looking for the opportunity to build a long term career with a reputable company. Interviews are taking place now with an immediate start available. The role/responsibilities: Dealing with lettings enquiries via phone, email and in person Discussing suitable properties with potential tenants Arranging and accompanying property viewings Negotiating offers to rent between Landlords and Tenants/ agreeing new tenancies Identifying opportunities to generate new business Connecting and building strong relationships with local landlords/investors Working closely with the Lettings team to achieve personal/team targets The skills/experience required: Up to 6 months experience in Lettings/property related environment Excellent English both verbal and written Ability to build rapport with clients Looking to build a career within estate agency Basic IT skills Driving licence and own car The Package/benefits: £15-18k basic salary plus 10% commission £35-40k on target earnings per annum £250 car allowance Company phone will be provided Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9.30- 1pm 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Opportunity to obtain your ARLA qualifications.
