Amazing Opportunity for a Sales Progressor / negotiator in Clevedon with an extremely successful Team. Basic salary £22,000 commission If you have experience within estate agency then this is definitely worth your attention A superb opportunity for a well paid position within a strong independent estate agency. Responsibilities: Regular contact with solicitors, mortgage advisors, vendors & purchases with sales updates Keeping the manager & sales team updated To deliver exceptional customer service Negotiating , generating viewings & accompanied viewings Basic administration tasks Essential: Driver's licence Experience as a sales negotiator or conveyancer (extra points for both) You must be enthusiastic, confident and bright Excellent communication skills (telephone & written) and articulate Team player Outstanding organisation skills Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, every other Saturday 9am-5pm with a Monday off once every 4 weeks What are you waiting for?
