Overview
Are you a natural team leader that takes pride in building up the skill sets within a team? Have you got experience in desk side coaching, call monitoring and setting and monitoring KPI's? Do you currently work within financial services or the service led industry? Then I may have a new opportunity for you I am working with a business in Cardiff City Centre, who are going through a period of growth, and is now looking for an experienced team leader to help lead a team of research staff from the front. The business is a provider of business intelligence, data and insight, and the teams objectives is to improve the quality of data collected through accuracy, timeliness and comprehensiveness. You will work with your team to develop and continue to improve on approach to market, content and data gathered and the accuracy on that which is reported. You will engage, motivate and inspire your team to achieve the best, whilst providing guidance and support to help your team have the best conversation and retrieval rate. Other duties include: Desk side coaching and call monitoring sessions Leading training and development alongside an industry specialist Setting and monitoring targets, and reporting to the operations manager Holding team meetings, managing daily issues and completing holiday/absence etc checks Experience we're looking for in a Team Leader: Interest and/or experience in Financial Services Previous tea leader experience Previous data research experience is preferred Previous experience of managing outbound traffic (emails/calls) Previous experience of managing a team(s).
