Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Commercial) Leeds City Centre Permanent, Full Time £18k per annum plus commission & benefits package Taskmaster Resources Ltd are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their Commercial Temporary Division based in Leeds City centre. Currently in our 26th year with branches located throughout the UK we recognise, reward and embrace the attributes of our staff without exception. This will be a hands on challenge for a focused, enthusiastic and driven individual who will benefit from working alongside a team of experienced consultants on a WARM temporary desk. Responsibilities & Duties: Pre-screening candidates to assess suitability Conducting candidate interviews in line with company policy Checking candidate information and client requirements in line with UK legislation Managing temp candidate availability to meet the client and candidate need Business development via telephone and face to face interaction with new and existing client Administrative duties relevant to the role What we are looking for: Recruitment is a sales role therefore sales experience is desirable A confident and enthusiastic telephone manner - you can't be afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation Money motivated whilst ensuring the highest levels of service at all times to both candidates and clients Hardworking and resilient with a "can do" attitude and bags of enthusiasm Flexibility to be on-call on a rota basis Competent IT skills If you are looking for your first step into recruitment click "Apply" now for immediate consideration.
