Overview

Randstad are recruiting for an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Manager to join its Bristol based client. Working in the Business Development team, the main focus of your role is to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships to support our client's future growth. Experience in the aerospace, motorsport, energy or automotive sectors would be highly beneficial. Responsibilities: Securing new business. Analysing existing and potential markets and carrying out market research to identify business opportunities. Helping to develop strategies in order to secure new business relationships and increase sales. Developing and maintaining a customer relations management database. Preparing presentations, quotations and proposals, and providing regular updates on effective development of business opportunities. Supporting the Head of Business Development in resourcing, budgeting and problem solving activities. Supporting the marketing team in developing strategies for product promotions. Experience: Ability to develop good customer relationships and secure sales. Experience in selling complex engineering consultancy services. Team player, but able to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Willing to travel to visit customers and develop relationships.
