We are one of the UK's longest established Estate Agency’s having been founded in 1877 we now require a new SALES PROFESSIONAL to join our team & develop within our business. We welcome ANYONE that has a proven track record in any sales industry and wants a NEW CHALLENGE & CAREER in estate agency, work with and learn from an experienced team of sales professionals & provide outstanding customer service to maintain our excellent reputation. On offer is a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 (negotiable depending on experience) and an OTE commission package of £15,000 leaving you the realistic opportunity of earning over £35,000 per annum. One of our negotiators earned over £36,000 in 2019. Your daily tasks/objectives will include; Book property valuations in an attempt to win new business Arrange property viewings with buyers & sellers Conduct property viewings Negotiate offers Refer your clients to our mortgage & solicitors departments Manage a property portfolio of up to 100 properties Tout for new business Achieve & exceed company targets If your application is successful you will conduct an intensive 28 day training programme where one of the Directors will cover every aspect of the business & sharpen your sales skills so that you are fully equipped to succeed within the job. Our working hours will be 8:30am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work two Saturdays per month on a rota basis. You get out what you put in. This isn't a 9-5 job it's a way of life. The old saying 'you get out what you put in' could never be more true at Duckworths as both of our sales & lettings directors started their estate agency careers as sales negotiators and have progressed through the ranks to run each of our sales & lettings businesses. All of our Branch Managers have progressed into their roles, starting as Sales Negotiators. We reward hard work, at our most recent Christmas Party we spent 3 days in Disney Land Paris.
