Protection Adviser - London EC2. Our client is an Award Winning Financial Services Brokerage based in the City of London with modern sleek offices based on the 12th floor overlooking the heart of London's financial district. After 7 years trading they are now looking to grow their internal Protection Adviser team. As a market leader they offer an end to end range of financial protection products and have grown year on year since their inception. With fantastic offices, a great working environment and huge amounts of training and support, they continue to help junior brokers develop their careers within their market. Due to growth of the business we are looking for motivated, driven & experienced Life Insurance Advisers or Protection Advisers that are keen to join a leading name in this sector. The Position Conducting outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers looking to seek advice on their life insurance and protection needs. Establishing Customer requirements and identifying needs Provide consultative advice to customers on best life protection products Ensuring each customer receives a fantastic customer service What We're Looking For: Previous telephone-based sales experience within the protection industry. Ability to build rapport with clients Experience of providing consultative, personalised advice on a wide range of protection insurance products. Drive, tenacity and motivation to succeed Experience in protection advice desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. What We Will Provide: A starting base salary of up to £30,000. Commission / Bonus Scheme which will enable you to earn an average OTE of £48,000 with top earners surpassing £70,000.
