Overview
Our client is a diverse and highly-respected water treatment company who provide a wide range of water management services to clients nationwide. Due to current business requirements, they are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Water Treatment Sales Advisor based in and around the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will come from a strong sales background with previous knowledge and experience working with steam boilers, cooling tower and closed systems. Consideration will be given to applications from Solihull, Wolverhampton, Tamworth, Stourbridge and the surrounding areas. Qualifications & Experience: Will come from a solid chemical/industrial/sales/accounts and management background. Extensive experience in water treatment sales/accounts role essential. Have hands on experience carrying out the analysis of water on steam boilers, cooling towers and closed systems. A good working knowledge of the water hygiene/treatment industry. Excellent communication skills. Competent in using the Microsoft office package. Responsibilities: Resourcing and securing new contracts. Cross selling a broad range of services (industrial and chemical) to a variety of clients. Manage and develop new and existing accounts. Achieving targets and goals. Establish and maintain a solid, professional relationship with the company's clients. The ability to help the company grow and prosper within the water industry. Oversee the sales and accounts team. Get involved with Key Performance Indicators. Management of cooling towers, steam boilers, hot and cold water systems. Dealing with tenders, quotations and estimates.
