Field Sales - Business Development My client who have an excellent reputation for delivering what they promise, together with year on year growth from humble beginnings to a turnover of several million, are now looking to add a sales person to their team. With circa 25 employees, they are looking to double over the next five years, therefore the opportunity here is excellent. They have household names and recognised brands amongst their clients as well as SME's. Being a Microsoft Gold partner they invest in their business, with up to date technology, including CRM systems as well as investing in the people they employ. The Role: Covering Midlands & North , with their office being in Aylesford Kent New business development, you will be expected to travel to the office initially for product training and building relationships with colleagues The role is a remote based role, when you're comfortable with products and services Working closely with the internal sales team, you will also be teamed up with a Buddy, that will help you develop business,helping with business leads and enquiries that come in via a sophisticated business enquiry tracking system You will also be required to work to targets and KPI's You will be required to use your own car for the 6 month probationary period, before having a company car, your fuel will be paid for your client visits etc Once you gain business you manage it, keep it and grow it. Ideal Person: Some previous sales experience is advantageous Excellent rapport building and communication skills both over the phone and face to face A 'go getter' who has the drive and ambition to succeed Team player as you will partnered with an internal buddy Self motivated as you will spend time alone in field sales Creative thinker who can think of ways to generate new business Graduate calibre who can work out profit margins Good at finding the right networking opportunities to build relationships which result in sales Organised with good attention for detail Proficient in Microsoft applications as well as updating internal systems Excellent at building internal communications and a hunger to understand the business Full clean driving licence and use of own car initially Takes in pride in work and in self, as you will be visiting clients on a regular basis Professional, friendly, trustworthy and good a relationship builder. Remuneration: Negotiable annual basic salary circa 25k plus uncapped commission, which currently averages at 2k per month extra for each sales person. Annual profit share has been paid every year to date. Company car after a qualifying period. The opportunity to work for a first class company.
