Overview
Super opportunity in Plymouth Trainee or experienced lettings negotiator required for established and busy agent with on target earnings in the region of £20-27,000 depending on experience. If you are an experienced or budding lettings negotiator looking to work for an established and highly-regarded multi-office independent agent in the Plymouth area we would like to hear from you. The company is looking for a person with a passion for property and is looking to make a difference and join a company with an already large existing portfolio of property. You will be a polite and articulate person, who is a great team player, able to communicate at all levels, is well-presented, hard-working and motivated. You will be used to working under pressure and juggling many balls with excellent people skills and be a great problem solver. Salary in the region of £20-27,000 on target earnings including commission per annum (Basic £16-20,000), depending on experience plus mileage allowance.
