Reed High Wycombe are currently recruiting for a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant who will be looking after our Business Support desk for temporary and contract recruitment with uncapped commission. This is fantastic opening and is suitable for a person who is looking for an opportunity in recruitment. You may have some or no experience and have a desire to become part of this exciting and fulfilling career The advantages of this position is that the ideal candidate will start as a desk partner to work alongside a Executive Recruitment Consultant who already has a successful desk. You will benefit from hands proactive mentoring to quickly develop the skills required of a successful Temporaries Recruitment Consultant and after a year, you will be eligible to start your own desk. During the Desk Partnership you will receive full training, day to day mentoring, a base salary and a split bonus with your Senior Recruitment Consultant. What we are looking for in the ideal candidate: A proven track record of sales, either face to face and/or telecommunications A confident outlook and a strong desire to succeed A willingness to develop business through building relationships with clients and candidates A person who takes pride in excellent customer service through written verbal and face to face communication You don’t need Recruitment experience to be a Recruitment Consultant, but you do need the right attitude and motivation to be succeed.
