Sales / Lettings Valuer / Senior Negotiator - Brownhills - up to £20k basic plus commission Pool Car Our client is a well-respected, award winning, independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have had a strong presence in the area for several years. A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a Sales / Lettings Valuer / Senior Negotiator to join their branch in Brownhills. In this role you will be arranging and conducting market appraisals for both Sales and Lettings, booking in and accompanying viewings, successfully negotiating offers and ongoing business generation.
