Here is a great opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant with previous experience to run and build on an existing successful recruitment desk and join a well-established team in Hastings. Excellent uncapped bonus structure, benefits and training Main Duties Managing temporary and permanent vacancies from start to finish Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and establishing relationships with existing and prospective clients (including networking with flexible employees) Manage and maintain an accurate client database Manage and maintain a temporary employee database Tele-sales campaigns, including appointment making and business generation Arrange and attend Client service visits Promote temp to perm placements by proactively identifying permanent opportunities for Flexible Employees Promote all available flexible employees through proactive candidate marketing calls Enhance sales initiatives by ensuring all appropriate leads are recorded within the Company Work to the Company KPI targets Managing an on-going candidate pool via job boards and social media Screen, interview, assess, take-on and deploy flexible employees in line with Company Procedures Proactively match and place flexible employees to client bookings Liaising with internal and external departments Advertising vacancies Manage the delivery of recruitment campaigns Achieve weekly/monthly/annual targets Manage temporary staffing Able to be on 24/7 emergency call Experience, Qualifications and Skills Must have previous experience in the Recruitment Industry Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing individual Must have excellent organisational skills and able to multitask Good level of Education Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas Clean valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
