Aesthetics Clinic Manager

The Role We are currently seeking an experienced clinic manager to run their Edinburgh clinic, achieving agreed target areas of the business. Main Duties & responsibilities: The responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Clinic. To drive sales, service, productivity and standards throughout the Clinic. To set and achieve targets with management team and staff to maximise sales while ensuring that you incur the lowest possible costs. Responsible for the staffing levels in the Clinic to ensure that necessary staff are in place to maintain first class standards, while at the same time monitoring turnover and customer numbers to ensure that productivity targets and sales are achieved. To carry out all health & safety checks, and any other legal requirements. To take ownership of the Clinic, and have full responsibility of stock control, diary management, staff rotas, sales promotions and wastage. To encourage and motivate all staff to maximum potential both technically and professionally for their individual benefit and future growth of the Clinic. To carry out individual performance management meetings with staff and to deal with in a timely manner grievances or disciplinary issues that at the Clinic. To monitor and observe markets (competitors, customer needs and prices). To research and review new products, treatments and market trends and report directly to the management team. To ensure the Clinic’s cleanliness and general maintenance. Skills Required: Ability to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis. Strong communication skills. Leadership skills to motivate people. Ability to multi-task while maintaining a pleasant personality while dealing with staff or clients. Qualifications Required: Previous experience in cosmetic or beauty treatment management in a very target driven business. Maintaining retail store to the highest standards. Proven ability to deal effectively with people at all levels i.e. senior management, junior staff and suppliers. Salary: £27k - £30k Basic Bonus
