Lettings Negotiator - Frome - Upto £21k Basic Commission. My client is a highly successful, multi - branch Independent Lettings and Estate Agency that operates in the South West of England dealing with the higher end of the market. Since opening they have established themselves with an enviable reputation in their core areas delivering excellent customer service and superb knowledge of the industry. My client offers excellent earning opportunities along with the ability to progress and grow within their brand. My client is looking for a professional and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join there busy office in Frome. Your main responsibilities within this role will include: ·Set up, accompany and follow up on viewings ·To maintain the applicant lists, applicant management and communication systems ·To manage the referencing of new tenants in liaison with their external referencing company ·Compliant with current lettings laws and regulations ·To assist with the property management of full managed properties when required ·To be a team player and step in where needed within the office.
