Overview
A Small High Street Retailer is looking for a Store Manager to join their team in Sidmouth. This business supplies their customer with a variety of products from Clothing to Home-ware products. This business prides itself on giving their team a sense of belonging and feeling valued within the business. As Store Manager you will report to the Area Manager and really get behind driving your store and team to meet sales and KPI targets. You will have recent, relevant retail experience as a Store Manager leading a team and bring your knowledge to positively impact your sales, KPI’s and your team’s performance. You will need to be hands on and have a "can do" attitude to every requirement of the role and be able to demonstrate that you are adaptable in your management approach from recent experience. It is important that you can drive and have access to your own car for this position. Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
