Overview
A Sales Development Representative is required to join a company based in Witney, £22.5k plus bonus. Your new company This unique, growing and innovative company aims to provide market-leading customer service in order to uphold their fantastic track record. Their most recent focus is centred on technology, operational excellence and consumer innovation as ways of providing a great customer experience. Due to continued growth, a permanent Sales Development Representative role has arisen. Your new role Your role will handle client queries from ownership right the way through to resolution meaning you will have a direct influence on company performance. You will record all information and transactions and produce weekly/monthly reports on your progress as well as liaising internally with relevant departments. You'll build excellent business relationships and help clients understand how to optimise their current relationship with the firm for their benefit. You will liaise with current accounts as well as developing new ones. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have experience in Sales whether that be in a retail, office or hospitality environment. As a customer facing role you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and your attention to detail will be second to none. The most important part however will be your attitude, willingness to learn and motivation to provide a fantastic service for the accounts. What you'll get in return You'll be offered a salary of £22.5k alongside a commission scheme (up to £6k), plus bonus alongside a generous benefits package.
